Yoga is considered a form of complementary or alternative medicine which has been practiced in India for nearly 6000 years. Today, different forms of Yoga are practiced all over the world.Yoga for health combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation connecting the body and mind. It is used both for improving fitness, relaxation and stress relief. The breathing techniques improve the lung capacity. Most clothing is available in at least two color and two different sizes.

The Yoga exercises should be carried out on a firm surface and Jade Yoga mats offers a variety of mats for conducting Yoga exercises. The Jade Greek, Ogee and wave mats are available in four colors – Purple, Olive Green, Orchid and Slate Blue. The fusion mats are thicker and provide a cushion. Since travel mats are only 1/8″ thick, they are lighter and can be easily carried while traveling.

Acne problems are common in teenagers and persist in adults with oily skin. Acnexus is a natural acne scrub which can be used by both teenagers and adults to heal and prevent acne breakouts, eliminate oily and itchy skin and get rid of blackheads. After using this acne scrub, results are visible in less than 24 hours.

Most acne treatment products available today contain harsh chemicals like Parabens, Benzoyl Peroxide, Mineral Oils, Sodium Laurel Sulfate and Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, which damage the skin and cause inflammation.
Acnexus acne scrub has been formulated to include 27 natural extracts which have been used for treating health related problems for centuries. These include Organic Aloe Vera Gel, white willow bark, chaparral, Gotu kola, alfalfa, valerian root, green tea, walnut shell grit, jojoba, Chamomile Oil. These work together to cleanse and repair the skin, and the results are visible in a short time.

Bites from mosquitos, fleas and other insects usually cause itching . Scratching the itching area usually aggravates the problem and can cause scars.

Some home remedies for this problem are:
1. Aloe vera for soothing the skin. If you grow aloe vera at home, you can use the juice from the leaf, else you can use aloe vera gel.

2. Rub an ice cube over the affected area. The skin will become numb for some time, so the itching will reduce.

3. Make a paste of baking soda and water. Applying it on the bug bites can bring some relief.

4. Rub alcohol on the skin helps as it has a cooling effect. Similarly using a shaving cream is effective, as the menthol in it has a similar effect.

5. A mixture of vinegar and a little salt can be applied to the affected area.

6. Apply tea tree oil with a cotton ball to the skin.

7. Directly applying salt on the bite may be painful for some time, but has a long term effect.

8. Rubbing toothpaste on the skin brings quick relief.

9. Applying calamine lotion to the skin also helps.

Lack of sleep can affect both the mental and physical health of a person and sleep pills some times have side effects. However, many people have found home remedies to be very effective for treating insomnia, some of which are listed below:

1. Have a cup of hot tea, or hot chocolate, or warm milk before going to bed.

2. Rice and Turkey contain melatonin , a natural sleeping aid. As you grow older, the melatonin produced by the brain decreases, so persons above 30 some times find it difficult to fall asleep.
Include rice or turkey in your meals at least a few times in a week.
If this is not possible, melatonin can be purchased from a pharmacy.

3. Aromatherapy using essential oils like Lavender helps. They have a soothing effect on the brain and help you doze off.

4. Read a boring book or user manual, so that you are mentally relaxed

5. Make a list of all the things that are worrying you, all pending activities. Many times, stress can cause insomnia as you try not to forget the work to be done, so making a list of pending work may help.

6. Try to exercise or play a game earlier in the day, so that you are tired at night and fall asleep quickly.

Put your face, especially the area with a lot of blackheads over the bowl, so that the hot steam hits your face

Wash your face again with cold water, so that the pores shrink again
